Sexual Harassment and Assault

Sexual harassment occurs when an employee has to tolerate or submit to unwelcome sexual advances as a condition of their employment or when an employee’s work environment is hostile or abusive on the basis of sex.  Sexual assault occurs when there is unwanted touching of an intimate part of another person for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse.  We acknowledge the profound suffering caused by harassment and assault and care deeply about helping our clients achieve justice.
